1. Provider

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders and business relationships made via the online shop 4A Online between 4A GmbH and its customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&C.
3. Conclusion of Contract
• A purchase contract is concluded once the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation from 4A Online via email.
• 4A Online reserves the right to reject orders, particularly in cases of:
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information,
• Payment issues,
• Suspicion of misuse or fraud.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
• All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
• Payment is made exclusively through the electronic payment methods offered in the online shop.
• The invoice amount is due immediately upon placing the order.
5. Delivery
• Delivery is available only within Switzerland. The delivery time is typically 3–6 business days.
• Shipping costs are covered by 4A Online; delivery is free of charge for the customer.
• Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) or issues with third-party service providers do not entitle the customer to compensation.
6. Return Policy
• Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are:
• Unused,
• Undamaged,
• In their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, customers must contact 4A Online via email at info@4a-online.ch.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of 4A GmbH until full payment is received.
8. Liability
• 4A Online is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
• No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper handling of the products or external influences.
• 4A Online is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., shipping services) beyond the scope of statutory provisions.
9. Data Protection
• Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws (DSG) and, if applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and necessary communication. It will not be shared with third parties unless required for contract fulfillment (e.g., providing information to shipping providers).

10. Changes to the T&C
• 4A Online reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. However, changes only apply to future orders.
• The current version of the T&C is always available on the website.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
• Swiss law exclusively applies to all contracts and disputes.
• The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of 4A GmbH (8193 Eglisau, Switzerland), unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise.
12. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these T&C be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that closely reflects the economic intent of the original.
